KYRIE BLACKHEART

Kyrie Blackheart was born in the Village Hidden in the Scales, Nourokogakure. She was the last Draconian Shinobi, born in a cavern, before the Otsutsuki came and destroyed her entire village. She heralds from the Chiyoye clan, who were a prominent royal family in Nourokogakure.She was found by the Anbu of Konohagakure, who raised her in secrecy, as her chakra was very powerful and could be used by anyone to end the existence of Shinobi entirely.Now at age 223, Kyrie has far outlived everyone she knew and loved, and has died multiple times, resulting in her memory being hazy here and there.She was officially welcomed into Konoha during the reign of the fourth Hokage, and has far surpassed everyone in the village. She is considered a Sannin, as her rank has quickly developed since she first entered the Academy.She has been adopted by Madara Uchiha and Neo Uzumiro.

Kyrie Blackheart is the only known user of chaos style chakra, outside of the Otsutsuki clan.

This is a volatile form of chakra if used incorrectly, and can cause serious damage if used against an opponent. Kyrie has designed her own jutsus, both from her own mind and inspired by other jutsus she has observed over the years.

These abilities include, but are not limited to:
Umbra Clone - A chaos style adaptation of shadow clone jutsu, made of chaos energy. When a clone is defeated, it will explode on impact.Lunar Cloud - An adaptation of Phoenix Flower jutsu. The target ends up burned and electrocuted if hit.Void Blade - Kyrie can use her own chakra as a variety of weapons to conjure. If they are shattered, the chakra absorbs into the opponent like venom. The energy will make the opponent ill for a short time, sometimes rendering them immobile.Vorpal Echo - A primal scream that can tear open new wounds, causing bleeding.Irritium - Kyrie can release her chakra to create an ethereal extension of herself, similar to Susano'o, and Dark Shadow from MHA. The creature is still attached to her, but has a mind of its own, attacking the opponent as it so pleases.Hemotonic - Kyrie can use the components of an ally's blood to increase the healing and mitosis process of the cells, thus healing their wounds in a matter of seconds.Eldritch Armor - Kyrie can harden her chakra to wear as a suit of armor. It can be broken, but the hardness is akin to obsidian.

Kyrie also has genetic abilities, such as:Shapeshifting - Kyrie is a Draconian. She has the ability to transform into a dragon and use that power as needed.Doragan - Kyrie has a gifted eye only given to her race. With it, she can read movements, see what type of chakra someone has, and even see what their intentions are.Flight - Kyrie has the ability to fly.Horns - Her "horns" are more akin to feelers, as they are able to retract at will. She uses them mainly for intimidation, but they also can read electromagnetic pulses and vibrations, much like sharks
